Student Activities and Leadership Development

Welcome to the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development (OSALD)! Your college life at the Berg will be as diverse and exciting as you want it to be by getting involved with the many opportunities that OSALD has to offer. OSALD's primary mission is to support student organizations and leadership development. Our motto is "Developing Character and Leadership through Involvement."

We strive to foster and guide the learning, growth and holistic development of students outside the classroom through a variety of educational and social opportunities. Whether you are interested in joining an existing student organization or are motivated to start a new group, OSALD has the resources and staff to help you. We provide overall resources for you to maximize your college experience. You are offered a voice in the campus community through participation in the organizations that we serve.
