I work at Heidelberg College, where I teach a wide variety of writing and literature courses (mostly writing, lately).  For Spring Semester 2009, my offerings range from first-year writing to computer-mediated communication to an honors seminar on family stories.

English 101  College Writing II:  This is our main first-year writing course that fulfills the College's writing requirement.  (Website / Moodle)

English 211  Computer-Mediated Communciation:  An introduction to writing using computers. Includes work with presentational software, web sites, asynchronous communication and synchronous communication.  (Website / Moodle)

Honors 103  Family Stories:  This honors seminar takes an interdisciplinary look at family stories, treating "family" as a broad term with many levels of meaning.  (Website / Moodle)

I also serve as the chairperson of the English Department, as well as the Coordinator for Writing Across the Curriculum.  For the latter job, I've created a Writing website to serve the College.
