I chose Heidelberg because it felt like home.
I majored in Accounting and Psychology because I wanted to pursue all of my interests.
A major challenge I encountered while at Heidelberg was the pandemic and I handled it by creating a better balance in my life and becoming more organized.
Above all, Heidelberg prepared me to lead.
Outside of the classroom, I was involved in the Student Alumni Association, Rho Eta Delta, Delta Sigma Chi (Delt Guys), and the Accounting Case Ethics Team.
My favorite extra-curricular activity was Rho Eta Delta because it established lifelong friendships.
One faculty member who impacted my ’Berg experience is Dr. Virginia Gregg. She always pushed me to be the best I could be. She genuinely cared about my success and would do whatever it took to make it happen.
My advice to new freshmen would be get involved and connect with your professors.
My favorite Heidelberg memory is winning the Case Ethics Competition this spring.
My plans after graduation are attending law school at the University of Dayton.
