Dr. Estridge has 33 years of experience in hospital administration, nursing management, and nursing education. She has taught nursing courses for over 30 years at the ADN level, BSN education level, and 4 years at the doctoral level of nursing education. Her passion is to challenge students to think differently and become innovative nurse leaders who serve local and global populations.
