Tuition and fees are payable in the Business Office or via OASIS and are due prior to the beginning of each term.

Endorsement Programs

Two endorsement programs are offered to teachers holding a valid teaching license, a reading endorsement and a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). The programs are offered online, powered by UThink©. Read more about the endorsement programs and costs.

Scholarships and Discounts

MBA Scholarships

MBA applicants pursuing the full-time, one year program may receive an MBA departmental scholarship based on undergraduate final cumulative grade point average (GPA).

The PlusOneAdvantage scholarship is also available to any full-time applicant who received their undergraduate degree from Heidelberg in any major or program and graduated with a GPA of 3.0 or above. This scholarship ranges from 25%-100% off the one year tuition.

Applicants are automatically reviewed for scholarships upon receipt of all required admission documents. Students who receive a graduate assistant position are not eligible to receive scholarships as tuition is usually covered by the assistantship contract.

SIEDC and SRCC Tuition Discount

Heidelberg University offers a tuition discount of $200 per credit hour to employees of the Seneca Industrial and Economic Development Corp (SIEDC) and the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce (SRCC) member organizations for undergraduate coursework or courses in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Any verified employee of a SIEDC or SRCC member business is eligible. Proof of employment is required. Additional types of Heidelberg institutional financial aid cannot be combined with this offer. Learn more about the tuition discount program.
