Assistant Director of Communications Administrative Marketing & Communication Services Office

The Assistant Director of Communications is responsible for the writing and implementation of key aspects of admissions communications and initiatives supporting enrollment goals and priorities. These initiatives play a critical role in the marketing and communication efforts to prospective students and their families. The Assistant Director serves as a project manager for all enrollment marketing and communications initiatives and ensures that communications across all mediums are in line with enrollment

Bus Driver (Part Time) Support Staff Krammes Service Center

Heidelberg University is seeking a part time bus driver.  Successful candidate must have a current, valid passenger endorsed CDL or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.  Successful candidate must be able to lift up to 75#.   Position requires day, evening, weekend, and overnight trips.  All employment offers are contingent upon the successful passage of a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Helpdesk Support Technician Support Staff Computer, Network & Information Technology Office

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Information Resources, the Helpdesk Support Technician has the primary responsibility for support of student- and university-owned technology including laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices.

The Helpdesk Support Technician may provide occasional general supervision over student staff.

Assistant Director of HYPE Career Ready® and Placement Administrative Student Affairs Office

Reporting to the Executive Director of HYPE Career Ready® and Placement, the Assistant Director develops and implements the programmatic components of the HYPE Career Ready® and Placement program with a particular focus on the coordination of HYPE Day programs and activities.  This position will coordinate and contribute to a variety of activities and programs in support of the student career readiness, development, and placement initiatives in support of the University mission.
