Alex Chiarappa

Counselor for Graduate Students, Undecided Undergraduate Students, and Adult Students

Alex is an alumna of Heidelberg University. She graduated in May of 2013 with her BS in Business Administration and has her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Tiffin University. Alex has been working in higher education for eight years and specifically at Heidelberg for five of those years. In June of 2018 she relocated to Louisville, Ohio with her family and has been working as a regional representative. She lives at home with her husband Joe, 2015 Heidelberg graduate, and their daughter Collins.

Why Heidelberg

"When I transferred to Heidelberg my sophomore year of college it was as if all of the puzzle pieces fell into place. Being a native of Tiffin I had never put much thought into enrolling at Heidelberg due to location but after coming “home” I felt so at ease. The people, the classes, the campus, and the extracurricular activities were so inviting. I immediately began involving myself with on campus organizations, on campus job opportunities, and building relationships across campus. My time as a student ambassador was what began my passion for higher education and specifically admissions."
