The Heidelberg Archives are a repository where materials pertinent to the history of Heidelberg University are collected, preserved, systematically stored, and made available to members of the Heidelberg community for research about the school.

The Busines Office handles all financial functions of the institution, such as accounts payable, financial statements, Perkins Loan administration, tax reporting and billing of student accounts.
The Center for Survivor Empowerment is dedicated to providing free and confidential support and advocacy services to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. We are dedicated to creating safe environments by providing survivors’ access to support and resources through trauma informed advocacy and empowerment. Our mission is to educate the entire campus community by providing awareness and prevention programs that empower bystanders to share responsibility in ending sexual violence.
Civic Engagement promotes engagement of students, faculty and staff in the creation of relationships with schools, for-profits, non-profits and governmental organizations leading to direct volunteerism, service-learning, and responsible citizenship through electoral participation.
CNIT is an acronym for Computer, Network & Information Technology, the department which supports Heidelberg students, faculty, staff and researchers in their use of technology.
Offering quality facilities and services to meet the various needs of conferences and campus, the campus includes 26 facilities within easy walking distance to accommodate between 75 and 700 people.

The Krammes Service Center takes care of everything to keep campus humming, from daily maintence, landscaping, facility repairs and transportation.
The Mail Room & Print Shop houses resources to handle bulk mail, ship and receive packages, printing, copying and binding services.
