b'Business student Michael Dalton commissioned in Army ROTCOn May 9, HU student Michael Dalton was commissioned in the United States Army Reserve Officers Training Corps, through Bowling Green State University. The commissioning ceremony was held in Herbster Chapel. Michael was commissioned as an Engineer Officer. Before joining ROTC, he served in the Army Reserves, where he was awarded two medals in recognition of his dedication and performance. While at HU, Michael was part of the football, track, and esports teams and president of the Student Military Support Alliance. He graduated this May and will be stationed at the 983rd Engineer Battalion HHC and then will attend the Engineer Basic Officer Leader Course at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.Honors students present at conferenceTwo of Dr. Trish Bergs honors students, Luke Stein and Gabbie Pastorious presented at the annual Minds@Work Research Conference held in April.
