About

Throughout his career, Dr. Harrison has emphasized connecting classroom learning with real-world opportunities, overseeing accreditation efforts, cultivating community partnerships, and expanding student access to internships, study abroad, and industry projects.

Prior to joining Heidelberg, Dr. Harrison served in academic leadership roles at St. John Fisher University, where he helped guide AACSB reaccreditation, designed innovative programs such as Day 1 Ready, and drove record student enrollment through student-focused recruitment strategies. His career also includes founding Flower City Union, a professional soccer club where he applied his expertise in strategic planning, branding, and operations, as well as more than a decade directing operations for the Buffalo Bills Training Camp, where he led large-scale logistics, vendor partnerships, and fan engagement initiatives.

With a Ph.D. in Sport & Exercise Management from The Ohio State University, Todd brings a unique blend of scholarly expertise and practical leadership experience. His work has consistently centered on helping students prepare for success in business and sport management careers by creating meaningful, applied learning experiences that bridge theory and practice.
