We believe in the importance of music and strive to serve all ages and experience levels. Our instructors are committed to excellence in music education and represent a wide variety of education and performance backgrounds. We offer private lessons, group classes, ensembles, and musical theatre productions.
All lessons, classes, and ensembles take place at Brenneman Music Hall, Heidelberg University unless otherwise noted.
The Heidelberg Youth Wind Ensemble (HYWE) is a concert band for high school musicians in the greater Tiffin-Seneca County area. The ensemble performs new and traditional wind band music. It is open to all students who are members of their high school’s instrumental music program.
- Who: Grades 9-12
- When: Tuesdays, 6:30PM-8PM, Spring only
- Fees: $75/semester
Lessons are available in voice, piano, guitar, woodwinds, brass, strings, music theory, and music composition.

- Cost: Starting at $17 per 30-min. lesson
A six-day summer camp for students ages 13–18. Discover your vocal potential with voice lessons, masterclasses, and pre-professional training to develop vocal artistry and confidence. Learn auditioning, acting for singing, stage movement, and singing in foreign languages. Students have the opportunity to jump into a fully staged musical production; every camper gets a role!

Heidelberg University’s Youth Musical Theatre Program PRESENTS:
Dreamworks Shrek the Musical JR!
- Rehearsals take place Sundays (1:30-4:30pm) beginning Sunday, January 18th
- Dress Rehearsals are March 7th and 8th and attendance is mandatory.
- Performance Dates are March 14 and 15th. All cast members perform both days.
*Registration closes Friday, January 16th.
Registration for the program is $150 per child, due on or before January 18th.
The program is limited to 40 participants (approximately 20 from grades 2-4 and 20 from grades 4-8.) Students will be accepted in order of registration. When registration is full, we will use a waitlist. Parents will receive a confirmation email with links to a payment portal and additional paperwork within seven days of registration.
