Carole Thomas

Dr. Thomas has several years of experience helping transitioning service members create a strategy for entering the civilian workforce, creating master and targeted resumes and cover letters, dressing for success, conducting mock interviews with classmates and potential employers, and negotiating salaries. Dr. Thomas also trained them on social media presence and email etiquette. She is an Army veteran with a passion for helping people recognize and project their talents, gifts, and accomplishments. She graduated from Terra State Community College with an associate degree in business administration, from Tiffin University with a bachelor in business administration. She completed her masters and doctoral degrees from Abilene Christian University. She enjoys watching sports and spending time with family and loved ones.
