Dr. Liz Kheng is a seasoned IT consulting professional and dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in business operations, analysis, and process improvement. She is a partner at TSG Partners, Ltd., a Columbus-based IT consulting firm specializing in staff augmentation and project management for state and county initiatives, particularly within Health and Human Services. At Heidelberg University, Dr. Kheng serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Business, teaching Principles of Marketing. She also teaches business and management courses at Clark State College. Her teaching emphasizes student engagement, real-world application, and active learning to connect academic concepts with practical business challenges. As a minority owner at TSG Partners, she manages administrative and human resources functions while contributing to business development and complex project oversight, including initiatives for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Her expertise extends to bid writing, contract management, and community outreach. Dr. Kheng holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Franklin University and multiple professional certifications, including Program Management, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Business Analysis, and Human Resource Management.
