Preparations
  • Only first-time freshman students entering Heidelberg University are eligible to participate and receive scholarship awards through the Scholars Day program. The scholarship award is for the first year and is renewable throughout the student’s undergraduate program of study at Heidelberg, subject to scholarship renewal requirements.
  • Please allow enough time to park and register. Upon registration you will receive a detailed schedule and packet of information that will highlight the day and sessions available. Doors open at 8:30 am. The event will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
  • Dress is business casual.
  • Panel discussions and information sessions will be available for guests to attend while their students are participating in the academic sessions during the morning. These sessions are encouraged and will help you better familiarize yourself with Heidelberg and its offerings, so bring your questions!
