Assistant Director of Admission

Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Assistant Director of Admission provides strategic leadership, planning and coordination for the recruitment of traditional and graduate domestic students from designated territories and develops pathways to admission for the respective students.  This position will also be a significant contributor to planning for and obtaining targeted goals in recruitment, application, and admission. 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Director of Admission.

Director of Library Services

The Director of Library Services is an innovative leader who designs, manages, and directs the operations, materials, programs, services, and personnel in Beeghly Library. Reporting to the Executive Director of the Owen Center for Teaching and Learning, the Director of Library Services assesses current trends in academic libraries and aligns Heidelberg University's Beeghly Library to those current trends whenever possible.

Head Coach Track & Field

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Person in this position is responsible for the leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student athletes on the Track and Field Team of Heidelberg University.  

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

Works under the general supervision of the Athletic Director.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

Provides day-to-day supervision over assistant coaches and graduate assistants within the applicable sport.

 

Associate Director of Financial Aid

 

GENERAL PURPOSE: The Associate Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid awarding process and is a key member of the Enrollment Management team. The person in this position has direct hands-on work with electronic delivery of critical information in the financial aid award process with Continuing and Graduate students, state and federal agencies. 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: The Associate Director of Financial Aid reports directly to the Director of Financial Aid.

Director of The Heidelberg Fund

Reporting to the Vice President for University Advancement & Alumni Affairs, the Director of The Heidelberg Fund will develop and implement strategies to ensure the success and growth of a $1M+ comprehensive annual giving program as an integral component of Heidelberg University’s overall institutional advancement program.  This includes outreach efforts to alumni and friends, trustees, faculty, staff, parents, current students, corporations and businesses.  This position will lead all annual giving tasks including:  developing marketing strategies; making personal visits

Head Coach - Women's Lacrosse

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Athletics Director, the Head Coach is responsible for the leadership of an athletic team and the development of the student-athletes on the team.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

Head Coaches report directly to the Athletics Director. 

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

The Head Coach may be responsible for the supervision of Assistant Coach(es) and/or Graduate Assistant(s).
