Dave is the author of the critically acclaimed book of essays, A Good War is Hard to Find. He currently serves as Vice President and Emily & Richard Smucker Chair for Education at the Chautauqua Institution and was previously the Director of Creative Writing for Interlochen Center for the Arts.
In creating the Patricia Adams Lecture Series, John and Pat Adams sought to provide extraordinary opportunities for all Heidelberg students, graduate and undergraduate, as well as faculty and staff, and the broader Tiffin community. The first lecture in the series was held in September 2010 and coincided with the grand opening of Adams Hall at Heidelberg University, home to the new School of Business. The lecture series is named to honor Pat Adams’ long-standing loyalty to and passion for Heidelberg University,

Join us on January 20th for a day dedicated to empowering your vocal auditions. Participants will perform mock auditions and receive feedback from School of Music and Theatre faculty, have a private voice lesson on their musical selection and attend afternoon workshops on a broad variety of topics.
