G.A.P. Coordinator

The G.A.P. Coordinator will support the administrative and curricular components of the G.A.P. after school program during the 2022-23 academic year, with the possibility of renewal.  Coordinators will work approximately 15 hours per week and will earn approximately $22 per hour or $10,000 in total compensation for the academic year.


G.A.P. Coordinators will be supervised by Dr. Stacey Pistorova, grant manager and director of G.A.P. (Genius After School Program). 


Director of Academic Advising

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Executive Director of the Owen Center for Teaching and Learning, the Director of Advising is responsible for the development and implementation of holistic, proactive advising services. The Director of Advising supports student success through collaboration with Academic Affairs and other university and community constituents.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: The position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs/Executive Director of the Owen Center for Teaching and Learning.

Administrative Assistant

Reporting to the Dean of Student Affairs and the Assistant Director of Residence Life, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Dean of Student Affairs office.  This position will coordinate and contribute to a variety of activities and programs in support of the Student Affairs division of the University.  

The Administrative Assistant may provide general supervision over student employees and graduate assistants, including time records.

Heidelberg University has a NASM accredited Community Music School (CMS), that provides private lessons, classes, ensembles, theatre productions and a yearly summer camp for Seneca County and beyond.  The CMS is a prime recruitment tool for Heidelberg University, as we have a 65% conversion rate of CMS participants to Heidelberg students.  The CMS also advocates for the arts and arts education in rural Ohio, supporting local schools and building our community of future artists and art consumers.  

Bus Driver

Heidelberg University is hiring a pool of bus drivers to transport students for athletic and extracurricular events during the academic year (August 2022 through May 2023). The rate of pay is $19/hour. 

Reporting to the Custodial Operations and Transportation Manager, the part-time Bus Driver will provide transportation to athletics and other extracurricular groups using University-owned buses.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Custodial Operations and Transportation Manager.  

Staff Accompanist/Music Director

Staff Accompanist/Music Director is a staff position within the School of Music and Theatre supporting academic courses, ensembles, and theatre productions.  This position supports Applied voice and instrumental lessons and recitals, the HeiNotes show choir, HeiMonics Acapella ensemble, and musical theatre courses and productions.  The ability to sight-read and perform a vast variety of musical styles is essential, along with strong communication and collaborative skills.
