International Students

At Heidelberg we understand that as an international student, you have traveled thousands of miles to a new environment in search of a quality education and a multicultural community. You'll find exactly what you're looking for here. Allow us to show you why we're a great place to pursue your education far from home. We look forward to welcoming you.

Our City

Heidelberg University is located in Tiffin, Ohio, USA. We are a separate and distinct university from the Universitat Heidelberg in Germany, though we do share some exchange and study abroad programs with the university in Germany. Tiffin is a city on the rise, with a thriving economy led by a Heidelberg alum as mayor. You'll experience the comfort and convenience of a safe small town while benefiting from the personal relationships and networking potential a close-knit community can offer. Start a career, follow a passion, and create lasting friendships in a friendly supportive environment.

Academics and Campus

There are many reasons to choose Heidelberg University. You'll have options to combine majors and minors, unique professional experience through our HYPE Career Ready Program, and access to hands-on research opportunities, even the chance to earn a free MBA. Everyone here wants you to succeed, and you'll have the support of the entire campus community. Take a virtual tour of campus to hear more about our programs, people, and what you can expect from a Heidelberg education.
