
UPDATE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the representative from the USPS will not be available on campus today to do passports. You can submit your application in person at the USPS at 175 S. Monroe Street on M-F from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or Saturdays from 9-11:00 AM.
The Study Abroad & Passport Fair will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, in Saurwein Health & Wellness Center.
An employee of the U.S. Postal Service will be available and you will have the opportunity to apply for a U.S. passport or renew your passport. Bring all of the necessary documents, including verification of U.S. citizenship, check or money order and two photos.
Heidelberg students will be eligible for a drawing to win a FREE PASSPORT. (To be eligible for the drawing, see requirements below.)
Bring your ID (either an old passport or driver's license and NOT your Heidelberg ID) and evidence of U.S. citizenship to Julie Arnold's office (CC324) no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, and your name will be entered into a drawing to win. The drawing will be held at the Study Abroad & Passport Fair on Feb. 1.
In addition, Heidelberg Study Abroad returnees as well as representatives from AIFS, AJY, Athena Abroad, ISA and Semester at Sea will be available for questions. Consider studying in Spain, Germany, South Africa, Italy, China, Costa Rica, England, South Korea, New Zealand, Greece or other exotic locales
