Every fall, Heidelberg University welcomes the families of our current students! On this celebratory day, you'll participate in a variety of fun activities, so we hope you make plans to attend this exciting day on campus! Registration closes Friday, September 13 at 11:00pm.

Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival Parade
10:00am | Downtown Tiffin
Seneca County’s Heritage Festival falls on the same day as Families Day and the HU Marching Band will be featured in the Heritage Festival Parade! Fans of the Band should plan to come early and enjoy the parade downtown.
Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival Living History Village
10:00am | Hedges-Boyer Park
The Heritage Festival also has a living history village as part of the festivities. Feel free to go down to Hedges-Boyer Park (near campus) to get a glimpse into the history of Tiffin. Home Run Derby
1:30 - 4:30pm | Frann’s Softball Field
Our Greek group, Rho Eta Delta, is hosting the Inaugural Derby for a Difference. Join us for an exciting Home Run Derby at Frann’s Field (Softball Stadium) This event benefits Encephalitis Global, a nonprofit organization supporting individuals and families affected by encephalitis.

Come hear a collage program of performances from the School of Music & Theatre.

Enjoy a great meal and great conversation with members of the Heidelberg community. Dinner attire is casual (Berg gear is encouraged). After dinner, we’ll join the HU Marching Band for a procession to Hoernemann Stadium!
