The registration for the 2022 Ron Linhart Memorial Back the Berg Golf Outing is now open! The event will be held on July 22, 2022, at Mohawk Golf & Country Club. Renamed in honor of the late Ron Linhart '79, longtime H Association president, the outing is slated for a 10:30 a.m. start -- but may have to split into two flights if attendance is strong.
The cost for the outing is $150 per golfer ($600 for a team), which includes greens fees, cart, lunch, beverages, proximities and gifts.
Sponsorships ranging from $150 to $3,000 are also available, with all proceeds benefiting The H Association -- the main booster program for Heidelberg Athletics.
Last year, 'Berg baseball coach Chad Fitzgerald and three of his former players -- Tony Hajdu, Conner Pacella and Parker Fronk -- won the event with a 55.
