Congratulations on your acceptance to Heidelberg! If you are ready to make it official and join the Berg family, it's time to submit your deposit and reserve your place in the incoming class of 2025.

Once you submit the deposit, you will be able to:

  • Register for Summer Orientation
  • Set up your Heidelberg email
  • Review the Housing Application
  • Begin the New Student Checklist

The $250 deposit is an advance payment on your tuition and fees and is refundable until June 1st. If you have any questions about paying your deposit, contact the admissions office at 419-448-2330.
